These Terms of Service govern the use of services offered by MaSécurité, operated by our company. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Contract Purpose

MaSécurité offers cybersecurity services, technical support and computer maintenance including:

  • Installation and configuration of security software
  • Real-time protection against computer threats
  • 24/7 telephone technical support
  • Preventive maintenance and device optimization
  • Remote assistance to resolve your technical problems

2. Plans and Pricing

We offer several subscription plans tailored to your needs:

  • Essential Plan: Basic protection with telephone support
  • Complete Plan: Advanced protection with regular maintenance
  • Premium Plan: Maximum protection with priority assistance

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer or automatic debit depending on the chosen plan.

3. Duration and Renewal

Subscriptions are offered for periods of 12, 24 or 36 months. Unless you indicate otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew for a period equivalent to the initial duration.

You will be notified by email at least 30 days before the renewal date. You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your customer area or by contacting us.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have a period of 30 days from the subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

Important: If you have benefited from our services during this period, an amount proportional to the service used will be deducted from the refund.

5. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Use the services in accordance with current legislation
  • Not share your subscription with third parties
  • Promptly inform MaSécurité of any problem or incident
  • Allow remote access to your devices for technical support

6. MaSécurité Obligations

We are committed to:

  • Provide a quality service compliant with industry standards
  • Ensure 24/7 technical support availability
  • Protect your personal data in accordance with GDPR
  • Inform you of any significant service changes
  • Respond to your requests as quickly as possible
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your information

7. Limitation of Liability

MaSécurité makes every effort to ensure the security of your devices. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

  • Hardware problems requiring physical repair
  • Data loss resulting from customer action
  • Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control
  • Damage caused by third-party software or hardware
  • Inappropriate or unauthorized use of services

8. Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at dpo@masecurite.be.

9. Termination

You can terminate your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

MaSécurité reserves the right to terminate your subscription in case of non-payment, fraudulent use or violation of these terms, after prior notification.

10. Modification of Terms

MaSécurité reserves the right to modify these general terms. You will be informed of any substantial modification by email at least 30 days before they come into effect.

Continued use of our services after the new terms come into effect constitutes acceptance thereof.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French and European law. In case of dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable solution.

If no amicable agreement can be found, French courts will have jurisdiction. You can also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
