These Terms of Service govern the use of services offered by MaSécurité, operated by our company. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

We offer several subscription plans tailored to your needs:
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer or automatic debit depending on the chosen plan.
Subscriptions are offered for periods of 12, 24 or 36 months. Unless you indicate otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew for a period equivalent to the initial duration.
You will be notified by email at least 30 days before the renewal date. You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your customer area or by contacting us.
In accordance with European law, you have a period of 30 days from the subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

Important: If you have benefited from our services during this period, an amount proportional to the service used will be deducted from the refund.

MaSécurité makes every effort to ensure the security of your devices. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You can terminate your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
MaSécurité reserves the right to terminate your subscription in case of non-payment, fraudulent use or violation of these terms, after prior notification.
MaSécurité reserves the right to modify these general terms. You will be informed of any substantial modification by email at least 30 days before they come into effect.
Continued use of our services after the new terms come into effect constitutes acceptance thereof.
These terms are governed by French and European law. In case of dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable solution.
If no amicable agreement can be found, French courts will have jurisdiction. You can also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
